Dr. Claudia Marcelo completed her undergraduate studies in Pre-medicine and Latin American Studies at the University of Chicago. She then graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and went on to complete a residency in Family Medicine and a Geriatric Medicine fellowship at Adventist Health (formerly known as Florida Hospital East). She also completed extensive training in functional medicine, regenerative medicine, quantum energy medicine, hyperbaric medicine, and ozone therapy. Her diverse skill set allows her to improve outcomes and hasten the recovery of clients struggling with chronic and mystery illnesses.
Many years ago, when confronted with a complex medical condition herself, Dr. Marcelo understood the link between stress and disease. She utilized principles of root cause medicine to help her cruise back to a normal state of health, but ultimately, her most profound recovery was based on principles outlined by Dr. Joe Dispenza’s book titled Evolve Your Brain.
She delved into the research that helped her comprehend how the human brain, mind and consciousness interact to create health. She re-learned how nerve cells function and connect with each other and how the distinct sections of the nervous system work to keep us alive and healthy. She realized that if we can begin to understand how we are wired to be who we presently are, we can begin to look at how we can change our mind to be who we truly want to be.
Her self-recovery and nearly a decade of working with patients who have exhausted conventional standards of care, have taught Dr. Marcelo that life (including the state of health) is based on the thoughts a person has. All chronically ill patients report a life that they don’t want to be living. Their stressors have a direct correlation with their physical symptoms.
She asked herself, “How can you help someone prevent or reverse disease if you don’t help them become conscious of the thoughts and emotions that are creating that experience?” As a certified consultant of NeuroChange Solutions based on the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Marcelo can teach her clients powerful and sustainable transformations.
Initially sought for help to prevent or treat chronic disease, now Dr. Marcelo works with individuals and organizations globally who seek to improve not only their health, but also to learn how to manage stress, live happier and more productive lives, and to become the best version of themselves
